At Survivor Coolers, we strive to provide the best customer service possible.  If you experience problems with your Survivor Cooler, we will gladly work with you to ensure the problem is fixed and you are back in the outdoors in no time!

        Parts

We are so confident in the "Quality of Build" of our coolers that we warranty them for an "industry leading" 7 years against manufacturers defects. Additionally, we will replace parts that may have failed or worn out over time for as long as you own the cooler, so long as unusual abuse is not evident, and include those items such as; hinges, clasps, feet pads, handles, etc., for only the cost of shipping.
